Complaints Policy

Complaints Policy

How concerns about Azari Capital communications or conduct can be raised and handled fairly.

01

Raising a complaint

A complaint should identify the issue, relevant dates, people or communications involved and the outcome being requested. Sensitive information should be limited to what is necessary.

02

Acknowledgement and routing

Complaints should be acknowledged and directed to a person with appropriate authority who is sufficiently independent of the subject where practical.

03

Review

The review should consider available records, the applicable policy or obligation and any response from relevant personnel.

04

Fairness

Complainants should be treated respectfully. Raising a concern in good faith should not by itself result in retaliation.

05

Outcome

Operating knowledge from elsewhere in the Azari group can sharpen diligence, but it does not replace independent underwriting. Any relationship with another Azari company is assessed on its own economics, risks, governance and conflicts.

06

Records

Material complaints and outcomes should be recorded for accountability and trend review.

07

Confidentiality

Information should be shared only with people who need it for review, legal, regulatory or safeguarding purposes.

08

External rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that may exist to contact a regulator, authority, court or other external body.

09

False or abusive reports

Knowingly false allegations or abusive use of a complaints process may be handled separately, while honest mistakes should not be treated as misconduct.
